This time around I bought onion and poppy seed ciabatta bread to change up my usual go-to sandwich: tuna on garlic bread. Love it! And love pairing lunch with iced coffee.
Today is a total rest day which means I’m no working out, even though I will most likely take a very relaxing stroll through the neighborhood later for fresh air and do a bed-time stretching routine. I LOVE rest days bc I feel like I’m doing my body as much of a favor with rest as I am doing with working out 6 days/week. Enjoy the weekend everyone!
