HKS Accountability Group May 28

Good morning!

I am back! I thought I would be able to get in a workout yesterday, but I was very sick and did not get a lot of sleep. I forced myself into work and it was a pretty rough day. I did get an evening walk in with mum yesterday, she didn't think I would want to, but I said I'm feeling lumpy and I really hate not working out. I said I'm tired, but walking never killed anyone. Plus, it's really nice outside - it's almost summer!

Today, I woke up feeling much better... It's been so long since I've worked out... I did smatterings here and there the last couple of weeks, but I feel like I'm starting over.

I did a short, 10 minute video today, just to feel movement again. Some lovely words of encouragement from Kelli, that I'm doing this for me, and to just feel good for showing up. Thank you! I beat myself up a lot over pretty much everything so I needed that!
