Work from Home

Hi everyone! I recently discovered FB and am excited to be getting started. I really struggle with taking the time to workout and am wondering if anyone else is in the same boat. I work from home and pretty much have total control over my own schedule which is great. However, it can also be challenging at times as it seems as if I am always working in some way or another. I totally have the time to workout, but I have trouble making it a priority even though I feel absolutely amazing once I have completed a workout-even a short, 10 min one. I have all of the tools and resources to be successful at it, but lack the motivation and willpower to get the job done. I would like to be able to workout first thing in the morning but struggle with taking those first steps. I would much rather crawl back into bed! Any tips/advise on how to follow through?
