New Mom Workouts and Nutrition

I am currently pregnant my first child and I’m so excited! I am due at the end of August and wanted some feedback on exercise and nutrition. I know I have three months to go, but I am a curious. So here are my questions:

1. Did you exercise after baby? How soon? Did it affect your milk supply? (I plan on breastfeeding).

2. What meals and snacks did you eat to keep your milk supply up? I know how important water intake is.

3. Why did you do to ease back into working out? I have not been doing much besides walking.
