I can't believe I'm writing this, I finally reached my goal weight. It's taken over a year, but I've lost over 95 pounds!
I didn't know about Fitness Blender when I started losing weight but discovering this community has helped me in ways I couldn't have imagined. While I wanted to lose weight, Kelli and Daniel taught me that it's more important to focus on what my body can do instead of what the scale says. I have gained so much strength and confidence and feel better than I ever have. I found a passion for strength training and just finished my first week of Strong 💪🏻
Thank you to everyone in this community; you are all so supportive and positive - I feel like I found a second family here. Thank you also to Kelli and Daniel for all the work they put into their programs, videos, and this community 💜
