I showed up for myself!

Today I didn't feel like working out at all. I've had a lot of ups and downs the past two weeks and I've only been able to manage about 2-3 FB workouts per week. Plus, I fell for some unhealthy habits again, so I felt terrible.

Today was day 15 of FB Sweat and it was a tough one, I put my apathy aside and forced myself to do it. I watched myself for a moment during the workout and thought I wasn't as slim as I would like to be. Then I remembered some recent FB quote and told to myself: "Avoid negative self-talk while working out. I showed up for myself , I got this".

I finished all strong and I feel so accomplished and relaxed now.

Yes, I did it!
