Salad Toppings

So last night as I was calculating my calorie intake for today's meals, (don't worry I'm not going over board, I'm just new to all this and want to make sure I'm eating the right amount of the right foods), I looked at what a serving of ranch dressing would be... Omg I mean, I knew dressing wasn't low but I didn't realize how many calories it actually had! Bye bye dressings!! Anyway, I made this salad with baby leafy greens, cucumbers with dill, shredded carrots and my new all time favorite topping! Chickpeas lightly fried in olive oil with smashed garlic, dill and S&P. So satisfying. The "dressing" I used was two wedges of lemon juice and the olive oil that was left over from the chickpeas. So yummy with lemon! So refreshing too.
