Todays workouts completed!

Damn that abs workout was hard. I used weights in most of the moves. Weights made the workout much more interesting and brutal. It totally wiped me out after that kickboxing and upper body workout. Rest of the day I'll just rest cause this week i exercised (walking,HIIT, strenght) over 10 hours. I know my body needs rest now, so I can push myself to move next week too. 😍
