Working out while on travel?

Hi All!

About a month ago, I found FB and you all gave me awesome suggestions for programs that would be good for a newbie like me. I was doing well the first week (even did the extra videos) but then... I had a work trip for a week. I brought my workout clothes (for the first time ever!) but was only able to fit one workout ☹️. On the way back i caught a cold/cough/something which has kept me out of commission for another week and a half ☹️☹️

Today, I finally felt better and managed to get through day 9... I'm excited to be back at it but I have another trip coming up 😥

I've said before it's hard for me to exercise consistently and stay motivated, but on top of that, if I don't exercise while on travel I feel like I'll never manage to complete the program or see results.

Help FBers!! Any tips on working out while on travel?
