Workouts that require a bench

Hi everyone, I start the FB Burn Round 1 program tomorrow, and I can see that some of the workouts require a bench, which I don’t have.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can use as an alternative or a way of adapting the upper body workouts so I don’t have to use a bench?

Thank you in advance for any advice! (And on another note, I am super excited to start this new program!!)
