My right Hip flexor is hurting. 😔😔
I can't pull my right knee towards my breast without pain. It's not a really bad pain, more a discomfort. I tried to do some yoga, but I had to stop. 😔😔
Earlier today I did just easy low impact, so I don't think I hurt my hip flexor during this workout. I read that the best thing I can do is rest, unfortunately I don't want to. For tomorrow I scheduled a HIIT and lower body workout, but I Have to switch to a upper body strength workout. Also I hope I will get better soon, so I can workout like I used to.
I'm a little bit frustrated. 😔😔
