HKS Accountability Group May 23

Good morning!

Today was Reach Day 18 - which was a much-needed stretching exercise, designed to flow and reduce stress (if you want to try it, it was called Refresh, Relax, and Restore: Stretching Workout for Tight Muscles and is 32 mins long).

My muscles did feel really tight today, so this video helped a bit with that. I found that everything from yesterday hadn't really left me, and towards the end, the thoughts started creeping through. I have to tell myself that this is my time, I can worry about work later! It kind of worked, but I had to squelch it a few more times.
