You’re looking at the reason I missed my workout yesterday- I went and got 4 fishy friends! :) say hello to my danios and my molly, who has seemed to join the school of the 3 other fish.
Today, I completed what would be yesterday’s workout! It was the first upper body day of the 5 day challenge for busy people. And, man, did it feel good. I loveeee me some upper body!
Has anyone else done this challenge before? Thoughts?
