Hey FB! So I have been very good with my workouts with FB! Well of late as I took time off and getting back into the grove is proving challenging however I will get there! With bday, weekend away and traveling for work it was hard but I did try and do at least 3 a week... now comes the problem... so because of the lovely weather lately here the evening are so nice I began running! Haha me running however I have really noticed that my calves are soooo tight! I had a bit of pain trying to just walk up a hill! So guys any suggestions on stretch’s, tips on where I might be going wrong with my running technique to cause this is much appreciated!
Oh and a little pep talk folks just because you didn’t get a workout in today does not mean that tomorrow’s cannot begin, you pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get going coz u can do anything you set your mind to do!
