Who what where and when I workout

I work out in the morning after I send my husband to work and my son to school. I love the fact that I'm home and that I putz around just before I start. Also I wake up and put my workout outfit on so I'm ready I see what my workout is that day from my workout program. And I get there get very excited or pump myself up for the challenge. Tabata is not always my favorite. I like weight workouts better. But I love the fact that there's always a warm up and stretch I can do afterwards. I've been doing your workouts for several years now. I started by just picking ones out on the your website. Then I decided to buy one of your Workout programs.
