Eatting more in the day


So I tried eatting more in the day at work today as I tend to eat more in the evening which is apparentlt not very good...this didn't work out for me, I felt so full and heavy I couldn't even do my planned workout after work so I tried it and I don't think theres any benefit of me eatting more calories earlier in the day for me. I'll stick to my late breakfast and eatting more later in the day :)

Not sure why I wrote this, I guess I just wanted to share my experience haha.
