Back to working out after giving birth

Hello everyone! I'm very glad to share with you that today was the first day of what I want to believe it will be my comeback to working out regularly.

Today I managed to get up at 5am, an hour before the usual wake up call from my baby, and do the first of the three days flexibility challenge workout. It was the perfect beginning!
