HKS Accountability Group May 21

Good morning!

I am back, after a very stressful last week. My calendar looks abysmal, I only managed to get two days in. But I got all my work done!

Today I picked up Reach where I left off and did Day 16. It feels like I haven't worked out for a year! Today's workout was more of an active stretch, which was great, especially since I was pretty much in stasis last week.

Last night, I walked with mum, which we also haven't done for at least a week (possibly two!). I'm happy everything is going back on track!
