Thank You

Thank you fitness blender, especially thank you to Kelli for encouraging me to do some sort of exercise this morning! Your recent Instagram stories have been helpful! I haven't wanted to exercise in a long time, which is so frustrating. I end up eating more sweet things when I am stressed or depressed which then makes me feel awful and discouraged. Every time I look in the mirror I just think how awful I look! Which doesn't help. My husband has chronic Lyme and Bartonella which is terribly painful and exhausting for him. This can become exhausting for me sometimes and all the time I neglect my own health because of it. Which I know isn't good but at the end of a long day, I'm just too exhausted to focus on myself. Anyway I really appreciate your posts and how you have kept going despite your setbacks. I know it's a long road but you're doing great and inspiring many people. Thank you!! And thank you to Daniel for taking care of Kelli! You're a great team. ❤️
