FB Fit Round 2 week 8 check-in

Starting the last week off with a bang! The final thousand calorie workout was today. I normally take a rest day and the following day I'm able to plow through these workouts pretty intensely without stopping. Today I was so tired I had to take two breaks. I did get it done though! I took a break after the high intensity interval training and drink some chocolate milk for energy. It was enough to get me through but I still struggle. Some of the strength training exercises I did with bodyweight only but that's okay. I took another five minute break about halfway through the strength training and after that I was able to finish the rest of the workout. Starting off the week with this the rest of the week shouldnt be too bad! Let's get those workout completes this week!
