Muscle soreness

I'm currently doing FB Sweat (45-60 min with extra credit), and I've been doing FB workouts for a long time. My "problem" is that I almost never feel sore the next day, though I often feel something the same day as the workout. I sweat a lot, my muscles burn during the workout, I push myself, try to lift max weight with good form etc etc. However, no soreness like Kelli and Daniel talk about. I almost feel like I'm doing something wrong, but I really can't see that I could do more. Any thoughts?
