FBSweat Day 16 complete

Hey all, just checking in to keep the habit…

The main workout felt like a nice change from all the sweating that’s going on :) Pure strength training, reps instead of intervals, and what I’m most glad about– felt the muscle burn but no pain in the shoulder (when it comes to upper body training it’s a big deal to me :)) I learned that my most favorite number of sets for UB, just as for HIIT, is 3!

The extra credit provided the sweat that’s been missing :D An absolute cardio gem with lots of interesting moves I don’t remember seeing in other videos.
