Overcoming a major setback....

Hey guys!

I love to finally be back here. I am facing a huge setback right now- homework and lack of sleep. I can't get up as early as I used to, because of extensive studying and projects. My exams are coming in 3 weeks!!!

I am starting slow(again!). I am rescheduling workouts, doing short workouts, and living a hectic school life.

Well, I am happy that I started up again. I haven't worked out properly in 2 weeks! I got sore from a 3/5 workout yesterday, which I thought was easy because I used to do a lot of HIIT and Strength training.

I am making slow, steady progress, but I am sure I will be able to reach my previous level of fitness, and even higher.
