Hi all!

I hope everyone is having a great Sunday morning.

I did another workout!!!! Low Impact day 4 which is a lower extremity workout.

I modified some exercises but so far so good.

I’m so very excited! Every time I did my PT exercises I would envision me doing this again. I’m so happy!!!

I hope everyone is having a great May Long!
