So I was wondering if any of you have managed to do headstand. I love stretching & yoga and being able to do this pose has been among my fitness goals for some time now. Could you give me some advice regarding how I can train my body to do it? I've attempted the pose a few times using the instructional videos on youtube (by Yoga with Adriene, specifically) but my body feels so weak and I simply can't lift my legs. So my question is, what exactly does this pose require? Upper body strength? Core strength? Balance? (All of which are my weak points, LOL) do you recommend specific workout videos I can use to ease myself into it? How long will it take to build the strength necessary for headstand?
