Day 5 on day 6

I've had 5 nights in a row of hot flashes and poor sleep. Yesterday was day 5 of the FB Burn Round 1 program, but within one hour of getting out of bed I "hit a wall" and had absolutely no energy at all. I spent the day resting (ie quilting), trying not to let frustration creep in. Last night was much better sleep wise, and this morning I did the day 5 video "descending reps". I could only complete the 10 and 8 rep sequences though and went straight to the cool down and stretch. 😊
