I had my son 8 months ago. I've lost all but 10 pounds. I needed to lose weight before I got pregnant. I need to to lose at least 35 to get to a healthy body weight. I am a vegetarian and all I hear is I have to do a low carb diet in order to lose the excess weight around my stomach. That is really difficult. I would love to eat meat but I have a heart condition that prevents it. Going low carb as a vegetarian lleft me feeling horrible. Does anyone have any adivise?
