Saturdays are for ‘Blending! *Total body*

I focused a lot on form today and muscle activation. I’ve also noticed I’m not as sore after my workouts, but for some reason this doesn’t bother me... as long as my muscles are fatigued at the end, I’m happy. I do seem to be gaining strength rather quickly, now, though. 😳 Is anyone out there an experienced strength trainer that can give insight to less soreness? I’m not worried, but if there’s something I need to know or if it’s an indication of something else, input is appreciated!
