Menopause Help

As my body is adjusting with new hormone levels, I am trying to adjust psychologically with bodily changes.

My husband is a great support saying, "We will get through this like we got through pregnancy." He thinks I am beautiful.

But, I need to know that this will pass. That my body will respond to exercise again. That I'm not going to keep gaining weight as I get older.

Does anyone have personal experiences and tips to share?
