I started FB Strong on 8th April and have been alternating it with Sweat each week - this is because I wanted to bring my stamina up but HIIT really exhausts me, so didn't want to do it week after week. But also wanted to increase strength.
I've been really enjoying the slight change in intensity and workout each week. This week is week 5 overall, but week 3 of Strong. I lifted a little lighter today as my neck is playing up, unrelated to working out. But still challenged myself plenty!
I think I might take some progress photos soon....or maybe I should wait until the 8 week mark!
