Phew! Lots of HIIT today. Main video with HIIT+strength+cardio burnout, the extra credit some more HIIT. Feel great now but must admit I’m glad tomorrow is rest day :)
And that marks the end of week 2, yay! I loved it, especially the fact that the weekly structure wasn’t what I’m most used to (lower-upper-core-upper-lower). It shook things up a bit, very challenging but doable – the best formula to make you feel accomplished.
