I started my fitness journey nearly a year and a half ago and have lost over 30 lbs along with gaining better heath, strength and energy (huge shout out to FB workout videos!). My husband also began working out around the same time but stopped within 6 months and has only done a few workouts sporadically (avoiding cardio as much as possible). He wants to get into shape (and he is actually a good runner), he even asks me to encourage him, but when I asked if he wants to go for a run or do a workout he usually declines. I want to help him as he has asked and for his health. What are some suggestions on how to motivate a spouse or family member?
