Good morning!

Change of plans today. I didn't get to do the original workout that I planned. I found a short, 15 minute bodyweight HIIT routine by Kelli that I did low impact mods on. It got me just breathless and sweaty enough to feel good, despite the time crunch. I then completed a short cooldown stretch with Daniel.

I'm off to work for another early shift... I was up late last night getting caught up, but I think I'm in the home stretch!

It's true, Storm... the stress relief from just getting this done will be the best fuel!
