HKS Accountability Group May 14

Good Morning Everyone,

So today was Day 12 of Abs. The title of today's workout was Abs on Fire: Intense Core and HIIT. Yes, it was a sweat fest and ab burner. Our burnout round was a 2 minute plank with sidekicks. At the 1 minute mark Daniel dropped down to his knees to finish and stated that he thinks Kellie just likes to see him suffer some days.

It you want to workout your core and get in some good HIIT also, this is defiantly the routine. Did I mention it is of 33 min with warm up and cool day?

Who says you cannot get in shape in 30 min a day of exercise and eating healthy?
