How are you? It's been a while since I last posted and I missed this community so much! It's been a whirlwind around here, lots of holidays mostly spent doing housework and garden work (that's what rest days are for, right?), week days spent commuting and commuting and trying to find time to breathe between this study group, that exam, those lessons, the extra seminars (bye bye work-outs!). All in all, it's been veery tiring, so much so that I couldn't even keep up with FB30. Unfortunately, as soon as I stop working out and start eating out a bit more, I gain weight *SIGH*
So, I'm here today with all my good intentions to get back on track, starting this new round of my Healthy Eating Challenge! The last round didn't go as well as planned, but that's no reason for this one to have the same fate :D
My menu for today is very simple: I'm having cous cous with broccoli and cottage cheese for lunch, roasted salmon and salad for dinner.
