Staying motivated when starting out?

Hi everyone! I used to use FB a couple of years ago before completely giving up on fitness altogether. I have decided to start back with FB as I don’t want to go to a gym and I have seen results with FB before.

My problem is that I really struggle to stay motivated and stick to a workout plan. I have purchased a few programs and I have decided to start sweat. My question to all of you lovely people in the FB community is how do you stay on track of your fitness and how do you keep motivated?

I know why I want to work out and I’m motivated now, but I always seem to slip up and then it becomes a domino effect until I give up. I’m determined that this is not going to happen this time.

Does anyone have any advice on any little talks you give yourself when you feel unmotivated and need a bit of a kick to get started?
