Sweat Day 10

Guys! The scariest day of FB Sweat so far ended up being the greatest success!!

Daniel’s level 5 HIIT that I remember doing before and feeling a bit defeated by it. Well today I was again purple faced, sweating buckets, panting and grunting, but this time victoriously! I was so overwhelmed with joy at the end and almost couldn’t believe how little modifications I needed to do. I’m not even at my fittest at the moment so I give all the credit to the structure of the program. The previous days prepared me for this and I’m so thankfull for it. And a little embarrassed that after yesterday’s workout I doubted I would be able to tackle this one today.

Milestone of the day – for the first time ever I managed to do something resembling a thigh slap!!! Thigh slap, people! Not the way they do it of course but with three preparational wall jumps (or something like that) and then every fourth a thigh slap. Both my hair tie and my headband went flying across the room as I did it! :D
