pot luck France


Boeuf carottes....beef and carrots. It's normally with tagliatelle but on Sunday evening we discover alas, not enough tagliatelle for three, so spaghetti it was! This is a common dish in France and very simple, just a slow stewing of beef, carrots, onions and spices. Very delicious. And I have enough leftover to take to work today- bonus!! (ps sorry for the sideways photo)
