#FB Potluck: 🇦🇺 Macadamia crusted fish and Cherry ripe slice

Ok, so one of the greatest things about what I consider as ‘Australian’ food is all the amazing fresh food in Australia like locally caught fish and locally grown produce. I had to improvise here - if I were in Australia, I’d have made the most Aussie of all fish, Barramundi but instead I made sea bass. There are a lot of macadamias grown in Aus although they tend to be expensive. I decided to make this macadamia crusted fish with a summery warm tomato and lentil salad.

Next up I made cherry ripe slice. Cherry ripe is a chocolate bar in Australia with dark chocolate on the outside and cherry coconut filling. You can’t get it in the U.K. so I had to improvise - shame the colour didn’t come out (think my food colouring was too ‘natural’ haha)
