Basically they are eggs cooked in the oven, with cream and cheese (Swiss cheese in most recipes), and other stuff (anything you want, ham, bacon, herbs, veggies...). The white is supposed to be a bit cooked, and the yolk runny.
In here my husband (he always cooks, and cooks well, I am a lucky wife) used Comté as cheese, and asparagus.
I love eating eggs this way, and the good thing is you can put anything you want in it !
