Sweat Day 9 complete!

Core and “recovery” cardio day. Felt like HIIT and plank day :D Two level 3 videos, both felt like 4 to me. An hour long workout altogether (longer with my added stretching)

And tomorrow is supposed to be a Daniel’s HIIT with “insane” in the title! I think I might need to insert a rest day before that :D Will see how I feel tomorrow.
