Having issues with workout motivation. Need help!

Hi all! I have recently finished up my spring semester at university and I have been working out throughout this past semester in some shape or form. However, I noticed toward the end of the semester with finals week I was having issues keeping up with my exercise routine so I took a week off then decided to jump back into it. Despite being off for the summer, I am still having issues keeping myself motivated every day to do my workouts especially since it is starting to get hotter out where I live. If any of you can give me some tips to get motivated again and stay motivated that would be helpful. Thanks! :)
