Yes, I can do it!

Was in bed with a cold on Tuesday and Wednesday, totally lacking in energy and coughing like mad.... luckily I had done my last long practice run (10k) on Sunday. Decided to try a short run last night to see if my energy had returned. I was pleasantly surprised!! I did 5k and could have gone on a bit longer but decided not to. This morning I did a short Roamblender with lots of exercises made up on the spot .... ! One of my friends took this beautiful pic on top of the cliff after one of our exercises. I took it easy the rest of the day, so:

Tomorrow is my 10k and YES, I can do it!

I am actually looking forward to it!
