Help!!

So, it comes that time of year again where I no longer have access to a gym and I use fitness blender workouts through the summer. Through this school year, I’ve prioritized traditional strength training- so with rest times of 1-1:30 minutes. Now, coming back to fitness blender, my cardiovascular strength has taken a big hit! Haha!

As I wanna ease myself back into the workouts before starting on my plan, what workouts do you recommend? I’m good on the lifting portion, just not full on hiit!
