Kombucha

I recently bought some Kombucha for the first time and I have never tasted anything like it! Sweet and sour, a little fizzy and a whole lotta pro biotics. Basically at its core, it's a fermented sweat tea beverage, but there are all kinds of flavors. The one I bought is ginger. I've read a lot of health benefits from kombucha from gut health to a metabolism boost, to even decreased stress levels, but what do you think, FB Family? Love it, hate it? Never heard of it? Drink it all the time? Your thoughts and opinions welcome ☺
