Workout Complete What? Rest day What?


Quick check in. Today was suppose to be a rest day. In 42 minutes I moved 38 five gallon buckets of compost, weighing approximately 20 pounds each. To maintain balance on the body I carried two bucket each 75 yard trip. That was 1900 pounds of compost.

Thank you Daniel and Kellie for all the strength training. I broke a sweat but was not tired afterward. I covered 2850 yards in walking with all the trips and put in 5k steps.

What an awesome rest day. Back to the gardens.
