Low impact no jumping no strenght no abs workouts

Hi! I've been a fb family member for 4 years so far and my workouts have often been from 3 to 5 level. I've completed 10 fb programs and loved every day of them. But I 'm suffering from a healthy issue in this period and I love fitness blender too much for not working out. I have to not force my abdominals so I can't jump (no even jumping jack) , can't lift weights, can't do abs workouts ( pilates abs workouts included). Could someone suggest me any videos I can do? It's not easy at all. I don't know if and when I'll be able to do heavier workouts again and I'm very grateful for having found the great fb family
