Giveaway workout creation

If I could create a work out program I would have a mix of HIIT and strength on different days. It would be 6 full days, with an optional 7th day recovery workout. Workouts would range 30-50 min, 2-3 days would contain HIIT workouts and 3-4 days would be strength. At least one day would be a crossover day that had a mix of HIIT and strength. There would be at least 2 days of full body, and one day of each upper, lower body focus, and core. The 6th day focus would change each week, over the course of 6 weeks.
