I hate upper body workouts so much

So any of you have any tips to make them a little bit more bearable?

I don't know why I dislike them, I hate feeling like I don't make any progress, and I hate feeling sore the next day. Which is strange, because I love to do lower body or abs workout and I don't mind the soreness in this case.

Pls help.
