The flu finally got me! :(

I survived the entire winter without getting sick ONCE! Everyone at work was sick, my boyfriend was sick, most of my family members...but I was perfectly healthy! But then....yesterday it hit me with full force, noooooo! So now is day 2, I’m on the couch with piles of Kleenex surrounding me. Hoping it doesn’t get worse. My question is, what do you do to get well fast? Do you continue to workout or let yourself rest?
